1. About us

This website, reichcouture.com (the "Website"), is owned and operated by Aman Enterprises, a sole proprietorship of Hanuman Saini that runs the Reich Couture brand, with its place of business at Plot 155-156, Bansipuri 1, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017, India ("Reich Couture", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and all purchases made on it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not require a physical or digital signature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at reichcouture@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Products and descriptions

  • Our products are made from natural fibres such as cotton and organic flex cotton, and are hand-embroidered or hand block-printed by artisans in Jaipur. The exact fabric and technique for each piece are stated on its product page. Small variations in colour, print and embroidery are a natural feature of handmade work and are not defects.
  • We try to display colours and details as accurately as possible, but the colour you see depends on your screen.
  • Product details required by law, including the maximum retail price (MRP), the name and address of the manufacturer or packer, size, material and country of origin (India), are shown on the product page and/or the product label.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes. The MRP and selling price are shown on each product page. Shipping is free on all orders within India.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through secure third-party payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes within India. Cash on Delivery orders carry a COD handling fee of ₹49 per order, shown at checkout before you place the order. We do not store your full card details.
  • Prepaid offer: orders paid online (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) receive a 10% instant discount, up to ₹500, shown before you pay. The offer does not apply to Cash on Delivery orders.
  • First-order code: WELCOME15 gives 15% off a customer's first order. It can be used once per customer, identified by email address or phone number, and cannot be combined with other discount codes or the combo offer. We may cancel orders that misuse the code (for example, repeated use through different accounts).
  • Combo offer: The Bloom Top and The Twirl Skirt bought together cost ₹1,499, applied automatically in the cart.
  • We may change or withdraw offers at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • For international orders, your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign-transaction charges, and destination customs duties are payable by you.
  • We do not use pre-ticked boxes or add any item or service to your order without your explicit consent.

6. Orders

An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the product is unavailable, the price or description shown was clearly in error, payment fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud. We will not charge you for such cancellations.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, cancellations, returns (within 7 days of delivery), exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Virtual fitting room

Our virtual fitting room creates a free, approximate preview of how a garment may look on a photo you choose. The preview is generated on your own device and your photo is not uploaded to or stored by us. Previews are illustrative only and may not exactly reflect fit, size, colour or drape. Please use our size guide to choose your size. Only upload photos of yourself, or of others with their permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Reich Couture name and logo, designs, prints, photographs, videos, 3D showroom and text, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Reviews and content you share

If you post reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they are your own, truthful and lawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on our Website and social channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. We do not publish fake reviews.

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Website: no fraudulent orders, no reselling without our consent, no interfering with the Website's security or operation, no scraping, and no uploading of harmful, obscene, defamatory or infringing content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

14. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government actions, or disruptions to courier, payment or internet services.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Commission), the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; most issues can be resolved quickly.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
